The unique patented technology of the Cosinus Slide® Joint offers shock and vibration-free wheel crossing with market leading load transfer through its innovative design. The Cosinus Slide Joint allows loads to be transferred simultaneously and proportionally by the complete floor.
Specific joint designs are based on the individual project’s loading parameters, providing an accurate assessment of load transfer at the joint.
In addition to joints for new construction, FCS and HCJ can provide a range of repair Cosinus Slide Joints to replace failed joint systems with the latest technology in industrial flooring.
When combined with the APEX range of steel fibres and the design expertise that can be offered by FCS, a highly efficient and cost-effective floor design can be achieved irrespective of the loading positions in relation to the joint.
